Job Summary
Finisya Hospitality Solutions is seeking a skilled and creative Pastry Chef.
The role requires strong pastry and baking experience, attention to detail, and consistent production of high-quality pastries and desserts.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and produce pastries, desserts, cakes, breads, and other baked products.
- Follow recipes and maintain consistent quality, taste, texture, and presentation.
- Prepare and measure ingredients accurately.
- Operate ovens, mixers, and other bakery and pastry equipment safely.
- Maintain food storage, labeling, and stock rotation.
- Monitor ingredient usage and report stock requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in pastry and kitchen areas.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and health and safety standards.
- Assist with new pastry and dessert development when required.
- Prepare and present products according to company standards.
- Support the kitchen team during daily operations.
- Complete opening and closing duties as required.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Pastry Chef in a bakery, café, restaurant, hotel, or similar environment.
- UAE experience is required.
- Strong knowledge of pastry and baking techniques.
