The role requires barista experience, coffee preparation knowledge, and excellent service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company standards.
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment properly.
- Maintain beverage quality, presentation, and portion control.
- Take customer orders and provide friendly and efficient service.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar and work area.
- Monitor beverage stock, follow food safety and health standards, handle POS transactions, and support opening and closing duties.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Barista in a café, restaurant, or specialty coffee environment.
- Previous UAE experience is required.
- Good knowledge of espresso-based beverages and coffee preparation.
- Good customer service, communication, and English communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Immediate availability to join is required.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
- Specialty coffee experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of latte art is preferred.
- Barista or coffee-related training or certification is preferred.
Work Location
- The role is performed in person.
