Overview Of The Role

  • Join Al Futtaim Motors as a Parts Supervisor – Toyota Al Badia and play a key role in driving the performance of our aftersales parts operation.
  • In this position, you will support the Aftersales Manager in leading retail and workshop parts operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, operational efficiency, and business growth.
  • This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated leader who is passionate about people development, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.

What You Will Do

  • Lead and support the daily parts operation across retail counter and workshop channels.
  • Drive revenue growth and profitability through effective parts sales and inventory management.
  • Promote Toyota Genuine Parts and ensure excellent customer service delivery.
  • Manage and develop a team of Parts Sales Representatives, Partsmen, and support staff.
  • Monitor performance, productivity, and resource utilization to meet operational targets.
  • Handle customer inquiries, escalations, and complaints professionally to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure accurate customer and parts data management within business systems.
  • Support forecasting, reporting, inventory control, and stock optimization activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience within automotive parts operations.
  • Experience leading teams within a retail, workshop, or aftersales environment.
  • Strong customer service and complaint resolution experience.
  • Knowledge of warehouse and supply chain management principles.
  • Ability to manage performance, develop talent, and drive business results.
