About the Role
The Parts Associate supports parts and materials flow in Clutch's Mississauga vehicle reconditioning facility.
The role manages inventory, organizes parts, and ensures production has required materials when needed.
What You'll Do
- Quote, order, receive, organize, and store incoming parts and materials.
- Track inventory levels and perform regular stock checks for accuracy and availability.
- Deliver parts and materials to production areas or other locations as required.
- Maintain records of incoming and outgoing parts using inventory management systems.
- Verify part numbers, quantities, and quality against purchase orders or production needs.
- Follow workplace safety procedures, including safe lifting techniques.
- Store materials, including hazardous items, according to safety guidelines.
- Work with production, warehouse, and supervisory teams on shortages or urgent requests.
- Report discrepancies, damaged or incorrect parts, and other supply issues promptly.
- Keep storage areas clean, organized, and efficient.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum G2 driver's license valid in Ontario.
- Clean driver's abstract with no major infractions.
- Clean criminal background check.
- Legally authorized to work in Canada.
- Ability to commute to Mississauga, Ontario.
- Availability for at least 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with overtime as needed.
Additional Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and clear communication.
- Teamwork and problem resolution or analysis skills.
- Customer service orientation and ability to work in a production environment.
- Physical and mental effort required for parts handling.
- Previous parts, inventory, or material handling experience is an advantage.
- Familiarity with inventory tracking systems is an advantage.
Employment and Compensation
- Employment type is permanent full-time.
- Wage is $20.00 per hour.
- Benefits include healthcare, dental, vision, prescriptions, life insurance, and dependent coverage starting on day one.
