About the role
The Brand Manager will bring the Clutch brand to life across campaigns, retail spaces, and other touchpoints.
The role owns day-to-day execution of brand strategy and works cross-functionally to turn strategy into action.
What you’ll do
- Manage the agency of record relationship and ensure alignment on strategy, creative direction, timelines, budgets, and brand standards.
- Lead creative briefing and campaign execution from ideation through launch.
- Approve retail real estate design with the Real Estate team.
- Participate in brand planning and help shape future campaigns and initiatives.
- Partner with marketing and social media colleagues to execute plans consistently.
- Champion brand voice, visual identity, tone, and guidelines across touchpoints.
- Advocate for best-in-class creative and challenge teams to produce distinctive work.
- Monitor trends, competitors, and market shifts.
- Measure campaign performance and brand metrics and inform future planning.
What we’re looking for
- 4–6 years of brand or marketing experience in a startup, agency, or CPG environment.
- A bachelor’s degree; Marketing is preferred but not required.
- Experience managing agency or vendor relationships and holding partners accountable.
- Strong organization and ability to manage multiple campaigns and briefs.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Self-starting, hands-on, ownership-oriented approach.
- Agency or in-house brand team experience is preferred.
- Startup or high-growth environment experience is an asset.
Employment and workplace
- The role is permanent full-time.
- The position works four days on site at the Toronto office.
Compensation and benefits
- The stated salary range is 110,000 to 125,000, with no compensation cadence specified.
- Benefits include healthcare, dental, vision, prescriptions, life insurance, and dependent coverage from day one.
