- Support partnership initiatives, sponsorship opportunities, and vendor coordination
- Organize calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and business documentation
- Maintain CRM records, prepare meeting notes, and follow up on action items
- Conduct market research and identify potential business partners
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Partnerships, Business Development, Executive Support, Operations, Client Relations, or similar role
- Currently based in the UAE or willing to relocate
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Zoom/Teams, and CRM tools
- Arabic language is a strong advantage
- UAE driving license is a plus

Role Overview
- We're looking for a proactive and professional Partnerships Specialist to join our growing global team.
- This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, representing a company in face to face meetings, and working closely with both local partners and remote international teams.
- You'll play a key role in strengthening our presence in the UAE while supporting partnership activities and day to day business operations.
