- Build and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, regulators, and public sector stakeholders
- Serve as primary point of contact between the company and government authorities
- Represent the company in meetings, official engagements, and regulatory discussions
- Monitor legislative, regulatory, and policy developments that may impact the business
- Provide recommendations to management regarding regulatory risks and opportunities
- Prepare reports, policy updates, and regulatory briefings
- Support internal teams in understanding and complying with local regulations
- Assist with licensing, permits, registrations, and other government approval processes
- Identify potential regulatory risks and work with internal stakeholders to mitigate them
- Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Corporate Communications teams
- Build relationships with industry associations and external stakeholders
Requirements
- 3 4 years of experience in Government Relations, Public Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Corporate Affairs, or related function
- Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Public Policy, Law, Business Administration, or related discipline
- Experience working with UAE government authorities highly preferred
- Exposure to Federal Tax Authority (FTA) and/or Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA) is a strong advantage
- Good understanding of UAE regulatory frameworks and government processes
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Professional working proficiency in English

- Previous exposure to the Federal Tax Authority (FTA) and/or Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA) will be a strong advantage.
- Good understanding of UAE regulatory frameworks and government processes.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with senior management and external stakeholders.
