Role Overview
GECS is seeking an experienced Partnerships & Business Development Lead to drive business growth, establish strategic partnerships, and expand commercial presence.
The role supports premium catering and hospitality solutions for aviation, airport, airline, and VIP clients.
Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within aviation, airport, catering, and hospitality sectors.
- Build relationships with airlines, airport operators, government entities, and strategic partners.
- Lead commercial negotiations and manage partnership agreements.
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts.
- Manage tenders, RFQs, RFPs, and commercial proposals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop competitive business solutions.
- Represent the company in client meetings and industry events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, law, or a related field.
- At least four years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or commercial management.
- Proven experience in aviation, airport, airline, catering, or hospitality.
- Strong understanding of airport operations.
- Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts.
- Experience managing tenders, RFQs, and commercial proposals.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
