Operations Coordinator

Purpose of the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate safe deployment of specialized airport equipment and conduct team briefings before each deployment.
• Ensure compliance with airline procedures, airport regulations, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams and monitor equipment availability, readiness, and downtime.
• Perform daily inspections, safety checks, and pre-use equipment inspections.
• Track equipment utilization, operational performance, schedules, and aircraft service completion.
• Maintain operational consumables and materials inventory.
• Prepare daily operational, utilization, and shift reports.
• Support continuous improvement and ensure activities are documented according to company procedures.

Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Aviation, Operations Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in airport, airline, ground handling, or aviation support operations.
• Experience with specialized airport equipment or Ground Support Equipment is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of aircraft ground servicing or aircraft exterior service operations is advantageous.
• Good command of written and spoken English.

Required Skills

• Understanding of airport operations, aviation safety, airside driving requirements, and ramp operations.
• Strong coordination, planning, organizational, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and operational reporting systems.
• Ability to work independently and make operational decisions under pressure.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
