Role Overview
Manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, workstations, and end-user devices.
Provide technical support and reliable IT services across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and support Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and business applications.
- Monitor system performance and ensure IT service availability, reliability, and security.
- Administer Active Directory, user accounts, email services, permissions, and access controls.
- Configure and maintain switches, routers, Wi-Fi, firewalls, and VPN connectivity.
- Administer Odoo ERP, including user management, configuration, troubleshooting, and vendor coordination.
- Perform backups and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity procedures.
- Resolve hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
- Manage IT assets, software licenses, inventory, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with external IT vendors and support infrastructure projects and upgrades.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience as an IT System Administrator or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and networking.
- Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP administration and user support.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with VMware or Hyper-V virtualization technologies is preferred.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure or AWS is advantageous.
- Microsoft, Cisco, VMware, or CompTIA certifications are a plus.
