- Develop and implement initiatives that strengthen company culture and employee engagement.
- Organise internal events, social activities, wellness initiatives, and team building programmes.
- Create employee recognition and reward programmes.
- Support employee wellbeing through creative and engaging initiatives.
- Work closely with leadership to ensure company values are reflected throughout the employee experience.
- Gather employee feedback and recommend improvements to engagement and culture.
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships that add value to employees and the wider business.
- Build relationships with luxury brands, fitness providers, hotels, universities, developers, charities, and business communities.
- Create opportunities that enhance Richmond's employer brand and market presence.
- Support recruitment initiatives through employer branding campaigns and external engagement activities.
- Represent Richmond at networking events, industry functions, and partnership meetings.
- Plan and deliver internal and external events throughout the year.
Requirements
- Previous experience in Culture, Employee Engagement, Employer Branding, Partnerships, Events, Marketing, Community Management, or a similar role
- Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Creative thinker with the ability to turn ideas into practical initiatives
- Commercial mindset with the ability to measure success and business impact
- Experience planning and delivering events is highly desirable
- Experience working within real estate, hospitality, luxury, lifestyle, or service led industries is advantageous

Events & Community Engagement
- Plan and deliver internal and external events throughout the year.
- Organise flagship company events, networking opportunities, charity initiatives, and community focused activities.
- Create experiences that strengthen employee engagement while increasing brand visibility.
- Collaborate with internal departments to maximise participation and impact.
Reporting & Performance
- Track and report on employee engagement initiatives and partnership performance.
- Measure participation, engagement, and return on investment across programmes and events.
- Present regular updates and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve culture, engagement, and brand positioning.
Requirements
- Previous experience in Culture, Employee Engagement, Employer Branding, Partnerships, Events, Marketing, Community Management, or a similar role.
