Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, field marketing, lead generation, or customer facing roles preferred
- Experience in SaaS, B2B sales, or service based industries is an advantage
- Strong English communication skills
- Ability to travel within Dubai and nearby Emirates
- Multilingual ability is a plus

- We are expanding rapidly in the UAE and are looking for energetic part time professionals for field based lead generation.
Role Summary
- We are seeking a Part Time Lead Generation Executive responsible for generating qualified business leads through field visits.
- This role focuses strictly on prospecting and lead generation, not closing sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular field visits to generate new business leads.
- Visit salons, spas, aesthetic clinics, barber shops, nail salons, wellness centers, and pet grooming businesses.
- Introduce Salonist software and explain core value propositions.
- Identify business needs and qualify potential customers.
- Schedule product demos with interested prospects.
- Maintain accurate records of visits, leads, and follow ups.
- Ensure timely coordination between prospects and the sales/demo team.
- Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
- Represent the company professionally in all client interactions.
Candidate Profile
- Self motivated and disciplined.
- Comfortable working part time in a field based role.
- Strong in communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in approaching new clients and business owners.
- Target driven and performance oriented.
- Interested in stable income with additional commission earning potential.
- Familiar with UAE market (preferred).
Requirements

- This is a part time field based lead generation role with a fixed basic salary plus commission.
- The focus is strictly on lead generation and prospecting, while product demonstrations and deal closures are handled by the internal sales team.
