About the Role

- Own and achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, inbound lead management, referrals, networking, and partnerships
- Conduct discovery meetings to understand client pain points and business requirements
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations showcasing Salonist's capabilities
- Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate pricing, and close deals
- Lead and manage a team of 6 Business Development Executives, setting targets and coaching
- Maintain accurate sales data in CRM and generate weekly/monthly forecasts
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management, or related field
- 5–8+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management
- Minimum 3 years of SaaS sales experience
- Minimum 2 years of team management experience
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Experience managing a sales team of at least 5–10 members
- Experience selling subscription based software solutions

Position Overview
- We are seeking a highly motivated, results driven, and hands on Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth for Salonist.
- This role combines individual contributor responsibilities with team leadership responsibilities, carrying a personal revenue target while leading and mentoring a team of six Business Development Executives.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, inbound lead management, referrals, networking, and partnerships
- Conduct discovery meetings to understand client pain points and business requirements
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations showcasing Salonist's capabilities
- Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate pricing, and close deals
- Lead and manage a team of 6 Business Development Executives, setting daily/weekly/monthly activity targets and conducting coaching sessions
- Maintain accurate sales data in CRM and generate accurate weekly and monthly sales forecasts
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management, or related field
- 5–8+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management
- Minimum 3 years of SaaS sales experience
- Minimum 2 years of team management experience
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Experience managing a sales team of at least 5–10 members
- Experience selling subscription based software solutions
Salary
- Pay: AED8,000.00 AED10,000.00 per month
