About the Role

  • We are looking for a motivated, energetic, and customer focused professional to join our growing team as a Lead Generation & Customer Engagement Executive.
  • In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging prospective customers, supporting the sales pipeline, and building strong customer relationships.
  • This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys communicating with people, solving problems, and contributing to the growth of a fast paced SaaS company serving clients across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify prospective clients through various online channels.
  • Generate qualified leads using LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold outreach, referrals, and other lead generation methods.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Qualify leads and schedule product demonstrations for the Sales team.
  • Maintain accurate customer and prospect records within the CRM system.
  • Follow up with prospects and nurture leads throughout the sales process.
  • Work closely with the Sales team to achieve monthly business development targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
  • Conduct regular follow up calls and emails to improve customer engagement.
  • Support customer onboarding and ensure a smooth transition after the sales process.
  • Gather customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve customer experience.
  • Promote customer retention through proactive communication and relationship management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Lead Generation, Business Development, Customer Success, Customer Engagement, Customer Support, or Sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
  • Experience using CRM platforms is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Self motivated, proactive, and results driven.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in SaaS, technology, or software sales.
  • Experience with LinkedIn outreach and lead generation tools.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or similar platforms.
  • Previous experience in customer engagement, telesales, or business development.
