Responsibilities
- Research and identify prospective clients through various online channels
- Generate qualified leads using LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold outreach, referrals, and other lead generation methods
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Qualify leads and schedule product demonstrations for the Sales team
- Maintain accurate customer and prospect records within the CRM system
- Follow up with prospects and nurture leads throughout the sales process
- Work closely with the Sales team to achieve monthly business development targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers
- Conduct regular follow up calls and emails to improve customer engagement
- Support customer onboarding and ensure a smooth transition after the sales process
- Gather customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve customer experience
- Promote customer retention through proactive communication and relationship management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in Lead Generation, Business Development, Customer Success, Customer Engagement, Customer Support, or Sales
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Experience using CRM platforms is preferred
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Self motivated, proactive, and results driven
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast paced environment

About the Role

- Previous experience in customer engagement, telesales, or business development.
