Lead the Paints & Coatings department across sales, projects, operations, and technical activities.
Develop new business, manage the sales and operations team, and achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Use strong paints and coatings knowledge, sales experience, and a Qatar client network to grow the business.
Responsibilities
- Lead the complete Paints & Coatings Department, including sales, projects, operations, and technical activities.
- Develop new business and secure paint supply, application, coating, waterproofing, and maintenance projects.
- Build the company’s client and project database in Qatar and develop relationships across the construction and facilities market.
- Manage the sales cycle from lead generation and site visits through quotations, negotiations, closing, and collections.
- Provide technical guidance on product selection, surface preparation, application methods, coverage, and coating systems.
- Review BOQs, specifications, project requirements, material quantities, costing, and commercial proposals.
- Lead the sales and operations team, assign targets, monitor performance, and coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers.
- Monitor competitors, market trends, pipelines, forecasts, collections, margins, profitability, and management reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
- 7–10 years of experience in paints, coatings, or related construction products, preferably in Qatar or the GCC.
- Experience leading a paints and coatings sales or business department or team.
- Strong product and technical knowledge of paints, coatings, waterproofing, primers, putty, sealants, and application systems.
- Proven business development, project sales, client acquisition, and revenue-target achievement experience.
- Experience with specifications, BOQs, quotations, costing, tendering, negotiations, and collections.
- English is required; Arabic and a valid Qatar driving license are advantageous.
Compensation
- Pay is QAR 8,000–QAR 9,000 per month.

- The work location is in person.
