About the Role
Lead the CCTV and ELV department, grow the business, manage projects, and drive the team toward sales and operational targets.
The role combines technical expertise, sales and business development, project management, and an established client network in Qatar.
Responsibilities
- Lead sales, projects, technical, and service teams within the CCTV and ELV department.
- Develop new business and secure CCTV, ELV, security system, and AMC contracts.
- Build relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, FM companies, corporate clients, and key decision-makers.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and site visits through quotations, negotiations, closing, and collections.
- Review BOQs, drawings, specifications, system designs, technical proposals, and commercial offers.
- Manage projects from design and approvals through installation, testing, commissioning, and handover.
- Set targets and monitor team performance, KPIs, productivity, and project progress.
- Coordinate with suppliers and technology partners on pricing, products, and technical support.
- Achieve revenue, gross margin, collection, and profitability targets.
- Maintain sales pipelines, forecasts, client databases, and management reports.
- Ensure compliance with Qatar MOI CCTV and security system requirements.
