Responsibilities
- Provide technical knowledge and expertise and supervision in Painting and Insulation requirement/services for all Company Facilities
- Ensure that the Insulation & Painting manual and procedure, specification standards are followed within the department
- Lead the execution team to complete the task safely and quality
- Plan and supervise the daily activities and submit daily and weekly reports to Management
- Assess and certify Painting Supervisor and Inspector in coordination with other relevant departments
- Verify and check Contractor's competency assessment procedure
- Provide procedural awareness and job execution implementation process session to end users
- Inspect and audit Painting and Insulation Yard and oversee the work activity
- Improve and Review Painting/Insulation Procedure as when required
- Contribute to the preparation of annual operating Maintenance Budgets for Support services including Tools requirement
- Ensure that all Spare parts and Tools are always readily available
- Provide maintenance assistance in the event of Plant emergencies
Requirements
- Technical knowledge and expertise in Painting and Insulation
- Experience in supervising painting and insulation work
- Knowledge of Insulation & Painting manual, procedure, and specification standards
- Ability to lead execution teams and ensure safety and quality
- Experience in assessing and certifying Painting Supervisor and Inspector

Job Purpose
- Provide maintenance expertise in the field of Painting, Coating, Composite Wrapping and Hot and/or Cold Insulation to ensure a safe, efficient, and reliable operation for all Company Onshore Facilities.
Key Job Accountabilities
- Provide technical knowledge and expertise and supervision in Painting and Insulation requirement/services for all Company Facilities.
- Ensure that the Insulation & Painting manual and procedure, specification standards are followed within the department.
