Job Description
- As a Painter/Carpenter, you ensure that surfaces and finishes are well maintained and visually appealing, delivering memorable experiences for every guest.
Responsibilities
- Able to apply protective coatings where assigned and ensure surface preparation is correct.
- Able to mix paints to achieve color and consistency.
- Attends to guest room and residence trouble reports.
- Ensures that all brushes, trays and other work tools are cleaned after being used.
- Ensures that all necessary safety precautions are taken when working on scaffolding.
- Ensures cleanliness of work areas and protection of surrounding area when executing painting work.
- To carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned and should be multi tasking.
- To respond to changes in the function as dictated by the industry, company or the Hotel.
