About the Role
Bybit is looking for a P2P Product Manager to own the product planning and iteration of the P2P trading platform. The role involves designing core trading flows, optimizing user experience, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve platform safety and liquidity.

Responsibilities
- Own the product planning and iteration of the P2P trading platform, continuously improving trading efficiency, liquidity, and user experience
- Design and optimize core P2P trading flows including Ads sequence, request matching, order creation, payment confirmation, dispute handling, and merchant management
- Improve transaction conversion and completion rates by optimizing user journeys, payment experiences, and trading interaction mechanisms
- Analyze transaction risks and abnormal scenarios and collaborate with risk control teams to improve platform safety
- Design trust and protection mechanisms for buyers and sellers, including escrow processes, appeal flows, and risk alerts
- Monitor key P2P metrics such as order completion rate, dispute rate, liquidity, transaction volume, and user retention
- Collaborate closely with operations, customer support, compliance, and risk teams to improve platform governance
- Conduct user and market research to identify new growth opportunities and optimize marketplace supply demand dynamics
Requirements
- 3+ years of product management experience in P2P marketplaces, second hand trading platforms, e commerce, fintech, or related industries
- Strong understanding of marketplace transaction models, user behavior, and trust & safety mechanisms
- Ability to analyze complex user problems and optimize transaction flows through data driven decision making
- Strong user experience mindset with ability to design efficient and intuitive trading interactions
- Excellent cross functional communication and project management skills
- Familiarity with fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or platform governance mechanisms is a plus

- Monitor key P2P metrics such as order completion rate, dispute rate, liquidity, transaction volume, and user retention, and drive continuous optimization through data analysis.
- Collaborate closely with operations, customer support, compliance, and risk teams to improve platform governance and trading experience.
- Conduct user and market research to identify new growth opportunities and optimize marketplace supply demand dynamics.
Requirements
- 3+ years of product management experience in P2P marketplaces, second hand trading platforms, e commerce platforms, fintech, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of marketplace transaction models, user behavior, and trust & safety mechanisms.

- Familiarity with fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or platform governance mechanisms is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in cryptocurrency exchanges or P2P crypto trading platforms.
- Experience with second hand marketplace products or peer to peer transaction platforms.
- Experience optimizing transaction conversion, liquidity, or user retention metrics.
- Familiarity with payment systems, escrow mechanisms, or risk control processes.
