Operational Responsibilities
- Manage daily outlet operations and ensure compliance with food and beverage policies and procedures.
- Supervise, motivate, discipline, and develop outlet employees.
- Handle complaints, deliver service recovery, and monitor staff professionalism and grooming.
- Inspect food and beverage quality and ensure employees maintain product knowledge.
- Schedule employees within service standards and budgeted labour costs.
- Maintain logs, guest preference records, performance checks, and monthly staff meetings.
