Qualifications
- 2–3 years of housekeeping experience in a luxury hotel, including at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning techniques, and hygiene standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in housekeeping software and basic Microsoft Office applications.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an asset.
Responsibilities
- Supervise housekeeping activities in a luxury hotel environment.
- Apply housekeeping procedures, cleaning techniques, and hygiene standards in daily operations.
- Coordinate housekeeping work using housekeeping software and Microsoft Office applications.
