About the Job

  • An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Outlet Manager to join Jumeirah Al Qasr from September 2026 onwards.
  • Oversee daily outlet operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, efficient service delivery, and seamless team coordination.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop colleagues, fostering a collaborative culture and maintaining high service standards.
  • Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and implement initiatives to achieve revenue targets and optimize profitability.
  • Maintain excellence in food quality, beverage service, presentation, and overall outlet standards to exceed guest expectations.
  • Manage purchasing, inventory, stock control, and cost management processes to maximize efficiency while minimizing waste.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and company policies while identifying opportunities to enhance operational performance and guest satisfaction.

About You

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the international luxury hospitality industry, including 2–3 years in a leadership or managerial position.
  • Strong understanding of food and beverage operations, guest service excellence, and operational best practices.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop, and manage high performing teams in a fast paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem solving skills with a strong focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
