- Organize and supervise day to day operations of the Food & Beverage Outlet
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with team members
- Manage implementation of Food and Beverage standards and ensure corrective actions
- Monitor profitability and recommend improvements
- Ensure adherence to quality expectations and identify ways to increase efficiency
- Monitor quality of food, beverages, and service; escalate major problems to senior management
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management/F&B Management
- 10 12 years of experience in relevant fields, preferably within international luxury hospitality
- Strong understanding of outlet operations, guest service standards, cash handling, inventory management, and cost control
- Proven leadership and team development skills

- Manage implementation of F&B standards.
- Monitor profitability and recommend solutions.
- Ensure quality expectations and identify improvements.
- Monitor food, beverage, and service quality; escalate issues.
About You
- Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management/F&B Management or Health & Safety certification is an advantage.
- 10 12 years experience in international luxury hospitality.
- Strong understanding of outlet operations, guest service, cash handling, inventory, cost control.
- Proven leadership and team development skills.
