About the Role

Responsibilities
- Assist the Assistant Director of F&B/Director of Food and Beverage in formulating the Annual Operating Budget
- Ensure monthly forecasted food and beverage revenue figures are achieved
- Strictly adhere to established operating expenses and control all costs
- Manage the restaurant efficiently according to established concept statements
- Assign responsibilities to subordinates and check their performance periodically
- Conduct daily pre shift briefings to employees on preparation, service and menu
- Handle all guest complaints, requests and enquiries on food, beverage and service
- Liaise with Kitchen and Beverage department on daily operation and quality
- Plan and implement an effective sales plan and promotional activities in the outlet
- Conduct monthly employee meetings and provide summary with issues/solutions to Director of Food and Beverage

Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in vocational hospitality.
