- Ensure monthly forecasted food and beverage revenue figures are achieved
- Adhere to established operating expenses and control costs
- Manage restaurant efficiently according to established concept statements
- Assign responsibilities to subordinates and check performance periodically
- Conduct daily pre shift briefings to employees on preparation, service and menu
- Handle all guest complaints, requests and enquiries on food, beverage and service
- Establish rapport with guests and maintain good customer relationship
- Plan and implement effective sales plan and promotional activities in the outlet
- Conduct staff performance appraisals and develop departmental trainers

Job Description
