- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the UAE market
- Promote and sell building materials products to contractors, construction companies, and project clients
- Conduct regular outdoor sales visits and customer meetings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales deals
- Follow up on inquiries, orders, deliveries, and payments
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery
- Prepare daily sales reports and maintain customer records in the system
- Resolve customer complaints and provide excellent after sales support
Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of UAE experience in outdoor sales of building materials
- Valid UAE Driving License
- Strong knowledge of construction and building materials products
- Existing network of contractors, builders, and construction companies preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills

Job Summary
- We are seeking a dynamic and result oriented Outdoor Sales Officer with proven experience in the building materials industry.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining strong relationships with contractors, construction companies, and retail customers, and achieving sales targets.
- A valid UAE driving license and thorough knowledge of building materials products are essential.
