Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Coordinate recruitment activities and job advertisements
- Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documents
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
- Monitor employee attendance, leave management, and probation periods
- Support payroll preparation by maintaining accurate employee data
- Address employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures
- Process labor contracts, work permits, and employment applications through MOHRE
- Handle employee visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and status changes through ICP
- Ensure timely renewal of employee visas, labor permits, and company licenses
- Coordinate employee training and development programs
- Assist in performance appraisal and evaluation processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of HR experience, preferably in the UAE
- Knowledge of UAE Labor Law, visa processing, and government portals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with HRMS systems is an advantage

Job Summary
- We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Officer with at least 1 year of experience to support the Human Resources department.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates; coordinate recruitment activities; prepare offer letters, contracts, and onboarding documents; conduct orientation; maintain personnel files.
- HR Administration: Maintain employee records and HR databases; monitor attendance, leave, and probation; prepare HR reports; support payroll; ensure confidentiality.
- Employee Relations: Address employee inquiries; support engagement and retention; assist in disciplinary actions and grievance procedures.
- UAE Labor, Visa & Government Portal Management: Process labor contracts and work permits via MOHRE; handle visa applications via ICP; monitor labor cards, visas, Emirates IDs; coordinate with PROs; ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law; handle onboarding, offboarding, and final settlements.
- Training & Performance Management: Coordinate training programs; maintain training records; assist in performance appraisals.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law and company policies; maintain HR documentation; support audits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of HR experience, preferably in the UAE.
- Knowledge of UAE Labor Law, visa processing, and government portals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with HRMS systems is an advantage.
