- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in outdoor catering and events sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and key decision makers to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, providing guidance on sales techniques, client engagement, and performance optimization
- Prepare detailed proposals, quotations, and contracts for outdoor catering and events services, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client requirements
- Conduct site visits and consultations with prospective clients to understand their event needs and present customized catering and event solutions
- Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure seamless event execution and client satisfaction
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to identify growth potential and inform strategic decisions
- Manage sales pipelines and forecasts, utilizing CRM systems to track leads, conversions, and client interactions
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and service agreements with clients while maintaining profitability and company standards
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance metrics for management review and strategic planning
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in outdoor catering, events management, or related hospitality industry
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and revenue goals
- Strong knowledge of outdoor catering services, event logistics, and event planning coordination
- Excellent client relationship management and consultative selling skills
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales management tools
- Proven experience in sales team leadership and staff management
- Strong negotiation and contract management abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop data driven sales strategies
- Budget management and financial acumen
- Familiarity with Dubai's events market and luxury event standards (preferred)
- Multilingual capabilities (preferred)
