Job Description

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the outdoor catering and events sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and key decision makers to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, providing guidance on sales techniques, client engagement, and performance optimization.
  • Prepare detailed proposals, quotations, and contracts for outdoor catering and events services, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client requirements.
  • Conduct site visits and consultations with prospective clients to understand their event needs and present customized catering and event solutions.
  • Coordinate with the operations and logistics teams to ensure seamless event execution and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to identify growth potential and inform strategic decisions.
  • Manage sales pipelines and forecasts, utilizing CRM systems to track leads, conversions, and client interactions.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and service agreements with clients while maintaining profitability and company standards.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and performance metrics for management review and strategic planning.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in outdoor catering, events management, or related hospitality industry.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Strong knowledge of outdoor catering services, event logistics, and event planning coordination.
  • Excellent client relationship management and consultative selling skills.
  • Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and sales management tools.
  • Proven experience in sales team leadership and staff management.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop data driven sales strategies.
  • Budget management and financial acumen.
  • Familiarity with Dubai's events market and luxury event standards (preferred).
  • Multilingual capabilities (preferred).
