The role supports order processing through automation, data processing, workflow optimization, project testing, and daily operations maintenance.
The position focuses mainly on Excel Visual Basic and related programming technologies.
Responsibilities
- Design automation programs to improve daily order-entry efficiency and accuracy.
- Create templates or programs to consolidate order-entry data automatically.
- Automate data input and simplify workflows mainly through Excel Visual Basic.
- Test projects, maintain daily operations, and develop existing programs.
- Follow up on projects, summarize processes, and conduct relevant training for order management staff.
Qualifications
- Have basic programming skills and familiarity with VB, VB.NET, VBA, VBS, or similar technologies.
- Have 1 to 2 years of experience.
- Hold any graduate qualification.
- Have knowledge of SQL and advanced Excel, including VBA and macros.
- Demonstrate analytical ability, fast learning, problem-solving, teamwork, communication, quality, efficiency, and customer orientation.
- Familiarity with Java or Python is preferable.
