Role Overview

Lead finance controllership and financial management activities for the entity.

The role covers accounting, reporting, compliance, audit, tax, and financial systems work.

Work Location and Status

  • Work is described as on-site or hybrid as required by entity operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead controllership, accounting, financial reporting, group reporting, external audit, internal audit, and group compliance.
  • Prepare entity accounts under local accounting standards, IFRS, and US GAAP reporting requirements.
  • Oversee general ledger, treasury, accounts payable, asset management, and project accounting.
  • Manage statutory reporting, taxes, VAT, legal compliance, corporate secretarial functions, and Komrisk compliance.
  • Maintain relationships with tax offices, banks, NBR, and statutory regulatory authorities.
  • Oversee post-cost analysis, standard-cost benchmarking, MBR, Flash, FCF, and DPO calculations.
  • Support FP&A, operations, supply chain finance, accounts receivable, and collections teams.
  • Review SOX documentation and test controls across RTR, PTP, OTC, and IPPS cycles.
  • Lead Capex payment workflow automation, tracking, and Oracle MFG implementation projects.
  • Handle audits and direct tax activities.

Required Qualifications

  • Mandatory Chartered Accountant qualification with 10+ years of post-qualification experience in an MNC or manufacturing industry.
  • 8–10+ years of experience in a similar controllership or financial management role.
  • Hands-on experience with Hyperion, Oracle, or SAP ERP modules, including Oracle MFG projects.
  • Knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, local statutory tax regulations, VAT, and corporate secretarial frameworks.
  • Ability to work independently, maintain attention to detail, and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional CMA or ACCA certification is preferred.
