- Resolve order issues and meet service level commitments
- Monitor order status and analyze fulfillment performance
- Identify process improvements and ensure compliance with company policies and regional regulations
- Communicate with customers and partners regarding order updates
- Manage escalations and support continuous optimization of fulfillment workflows
Requirements
- Strong order management and order processing skills, including experience with ERP or order management systems
- Effective communication and customer service skills
- Solid analytical skills to interpret data, track KPIs, and recommend process improvements
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple orders, deadlines, and priorities
- Relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations within technology or utilities sectors
- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, operations, or a related field
- Proficiency in MS Office tools; familiarity with inventory, billing, or CRM systems
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment

Role Description
- The Order Fulfillment Manager is a full time, on site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
- Responsible for overseeing end to end order management and fulfillment operations.
- Coordinates order processing from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy of documentation and maintaining records.
- Collaborates with sales, logistics, finance, and customer service teams to align delivery schedules and resolve issues.
- Monitors order status, analyzes fulfillment performance, identifies process improvements, and ensures compliance.
- Communicates with customers and partners regarding order updates, manages escalations, and supports optimization.
Qualifications
- Strong order management and order processing skills, including experience with ERP or order management systems.
