Role Description

  • The Order Fulfillment Manager is a full time, on site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
  • Responsible for overseeing end to end order management and fulfillment operations.
  • Coordinates order processing from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy of documentation and maintaining records.
  • Collaborates with sales, logistics, finance, and customer service teams to align delivery schedules and resolve issues.
  • Monitors order status, analyzes fulfillment performance, identifies process improvements, and ensures compliance.
  • Communicates with customers and partners regarding order updates, manages escalations, and supports optimization.

Qualifications

  • Strong order management and order processing skills, including experience with ERP or order management systems.
  • Effective communication and customer service skills.
  • Solid analytical skills to interpret data, track KPIs, and recommend process improvements.
  • Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple orders, deadlines, and priorities.
  • Relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations within technology or utilities sectors is beneficial.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, operations, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools; familiarity with inventory, billing, or CRM systems is an advantage.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment and adapt to evolving business needs.
