Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate all inbound and outbound logistics activities
- Manage imports of SKD kits, electronic components, machinery, consumables, and packaging materials
- Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and shipping lines
- Oversee receiving, unloading, inspection coordination, and proper storage of materials
- Maintain warehouse layouts, rack identification, and bin location systems
- Implement and maintain FIFO/FEFO inventory practices
- Conduct cycle counts and physical stock verification to maintain inventory accuracy
- Ensure proper handling and storage of ESD sensitive and temperature/humidity controlled materials
- Maintain 5S standards and warehouse safety compliance
- Lead warehouse, store, and logistics personnel
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or Business Administration
- 7–10 years of experience in warehouse, store, and logistics management within a manufacturing environment, preferably electronics, EMS, or SMT
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehouse operations, import/export logistics, customs clearance, and ERP systems
- Excellent leadership, planning, analytical, communication, and negotiation skills

Position Summary
- EDMP is seeking an experienced Logistics & Store Manager to oversee end to end logistics operations and warehouse management for our manufacturing facility in Dubai.
- This role is responsible for managing inbound and outbound logistics, customs clearance, inventory control, material receiving, warehouse operations, production material supply, finished goods dispatch, and transportation.
- The successful candidate will ensure efficient material flow, inventory accuracy, regulatory compliance, and cost effective logistics operations that support uninterrupted manufacturing activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate all inbound and outbound logistics activities.
- Manage imports of SKD kits, electronic components, machinery, consumables, and packaging materials.
- Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and shipping lines.
- Monitor ETD/ETA and ensure timely deliveries.
- Arrange sea, air, road, and courier shipments.
- Track shipments and resolve transportation issues promptly.
- Negotiate freight rates and drive logistics cost optimization.
- Manage Incoming Material Store, Production Store, and Finished Goods Store.
- Oversee receiving, unloading, inspection coordination, and proper storage of materials.
- Maintain warehouse layouts, rack identification, and bin location systems.
- Implement and maintain FIFO/FEFO inventory practices.
- Conduct cycle counts and physical stock verification to maintain inventory accuracy.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or Business Administration.
- 7–10 years of experience in warehouse, store, and logistics management within a manufacturing environment, preferably electronics, EMS, or SMT.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehouse operations, import/export logistics, customs clearance, and ERP systems.
- Excellent leadership, planning, analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
