The Role
Support order entry, verification, processing, tracking, and administrative coordination.
Ensure orders are accurately recorded, updated, and communicated to the appropriate teams.
Monitor order status and resolve routine discrepancies in a part-time, fully remote role.
The work includes exposure to order management, e-commerce, fulfillment, inventory, and supply chain workflows.

Key Responsibilities
- Enter customer, sales, purchase, and service orders into approved systems.
- Review order details, quantities, pricing, customer information, delivery requirements, and requested dates.
- Verify inventory, shipping information, order requirements, and supporting documents.
- Maintain order records, status updates, customer data, and transaction details.
- Coordinate with sales, inventory, warehouse, fulfillment, shipping, procurement, finance, and operations teams.
- Monitor orders through fulfillment, dispatch, delivery, or completion.
