Job Summary

  • We are seeking an Oracle Middleware Administrator to support and maintain critical middleware platforms that enable integration between core banking and enterprise applications.
  • This role owns critical patch upgrades for Oracle WebLogic and Fusion Middleware endpoints, manages SSL/TLS certificate lifecycles, and ensures stable performance through tuning and capacity planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Critical Patching & Upgrades: Plan and execute critical patch upgrades, PSU/CPU updates, and version migrations for Oracle WebLogic Server and Oracle Fusion Middleware environments. Manage change windows, pre/post validation, and rollback plans for production systems with zero unplanned downtime.

  • Performance Tuning & Capacity Planning: Monitor and tune WebLogic domains, JDBC connection pools, JMS, thread pools, and JVM parameters. Perform capacity planning, load analysis, and proactive scaling to maintain integration layer performance under peak banking workloads.
  • Middleware Operations & Reliability: Ensure high availability and resilience of integration services. Configure and manage clustering, failover, and disaster recovery for WebLogic and FMW components including SOA Suite, OSB, and OHS. Support 24x7 operations and incident resolution.
  • Compliance & Audit Readiness: Maintain middleware platforms in compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements. Apply security baselines, track patch compliance, and provide audit evidence for patch history, certificate inventory, and configuration changes.
  • Integration Support & Troubleshooting: Provide L3 support for middleware related integration issues across business applications. Troubleshoot deployment failures, connectivity, performance bottlenecks, and security errors. Work with App, Network, and DBA teams to resolve cross domain incidents.

Required Qualifications & Skills
