Job Description
- 10 to 12 Yrs. experience with product designing and implementation of Fusion HCM projects.
- 6 Years experience in strong Functional knowledge on HR applications (Fusion HCM)
- Good verbal and written communication including ability to prepare system documentation.
- Details knowledge on HCM extracts, BIP Reports, Analytics
- HCM spread sheet loader and HCM Data Loader.
- Fast Formulas including the accrual calculation.
- Invoke on Fusion Rest API as well as Web Api call.
- OTBI and BI publisher reports.
- Alert composer and creation of new alerts.
- Workflow Email notification template changes.
- Page composer and understanding of EI expression.
- At least 3 end to end Implementation engagements in various roles - Consultant / Lead / Architect and-or Project Lead
- Conduct Workshop with HR Business Stakeholders: Identify business requirements and map them to the Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion functionality
- Configure the Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion Applications to meet client requirements and document application set-ups
- Write business requirement documents for reports, interfaces, data conversions and
- application extensions for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion projects
- Support clients with the execution of test scripts
- Validate configuration and data for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion projects
