Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Oracle Fusion SCM Techno-Functional Consultant to support the ongoing implementation, enhancement, and post-go-live stabilization of Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management (SCM) solutions across the organization.
The role will work closely with internal business stakeholders and the implementation partner to ensure successful delivery of Oracle Fusion SCM modules, business process alignment, integrations, testing, reporting, and user adoption.
The ideal candidate should possess strong functional understanding of Oracle Fusion SCM processes along with hands-on technical knowledge in integration, reporting, and data migration activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with business users and implementation consultants during Oracle Fusion SCM implementation and rollout activities.
- Support implementation, configuration validation, testing, and enhancement of Oracle Fusion SCM modules including:
- Procurement
- Inventory Management
- Order Management
- Manufacturing
- Planning
• Logistics And Supply Chain Operations
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
- Review and validate system configurations performed by the implementation partner to ensure alignment with business requirements and best practices.
- Support end-to-end business process mapping for Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycles.
- Coordinate and support system integrations between Oracle Fusion and external/internal systems using:
- OIC
- REST/SOAP APIs
- FBDI/ADFDI
- Middleware and integration tools
- Develop and support BI Publisher reports, OTBI reports, dashboards, and data extracts as per business requirements.
- Participate in data migration validation, reconciliation, SIT, UAT, cutover, and go-live activities.
- Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate resolution with implementation partner and Oracle support teams.
- Support change management, user training, process documentation, SOP preparation, and knowledge transfer activities.
- Ensure system setups and business processes comply with internal controls, audit standards, and company policies.
- Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Warehouse, Procurement, Manufacturing, and IT teams to optimize end-to-end supply chain processes.
- Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Information Technology, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion SCM and/or Oracle EBS SCM implementation/support projects.
- Strong functional knowledge of Oracle SCM modules and supply chain business processes.
- Experience in Oracle Fusion implementation projects, preferably working with implementation partners or consulting firms.
- Hands-on exposure to:
- OIC integrations
- REST/SOAP APIs
- BI Publisher / OTBI reports
• FBDI And ADFDI
- Data migration and testing activities
- Good understanding of:
- P2P (Procure-to-Pay)
- O2C (Order-to-Cash)
- Inventory and Warehouse processes
- Ability to coordinate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and external implementation partners.
- Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Oracle Fusion SCM certification will be an added advantage.
- Experience in retail, manufacturing, distribution, trading, or building materials industry preferred.
- Experience in Fusion SCM implementation, support, enhancement, or rollout projects.
