About the Role

- Develop and implement the annual project sales strategy aligned with the company's commercial objectives
- Drive sustainable revenue and profitability through project sales across public and private sectors
- Identify emerging project opportunities and establish market penetration strategies
- Build and maintain a strong project pipeline from pre tender through project completion
- Develop long term relationships with developers, architects, interior designers, consultants, contractors, and project management firms
- Lead the complete project sales cycle including opportunity identification, specification, tender participation, negotiation, contract award, supply coordination, and post sales support
- Lead, mentor, and develop the project sales team to achieve business objectives
- Prepare annual budgets, sales forecasts, and project pipelines
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
- 12–15 years of sales experience, including at least 5 years in a senior project sales leadership role
- Proven experience in ceramic tiles, porcelain tiles, building materials, sanitaryware, or architectural finishing products
- Strong network with developers, consultants, architects, contractors, and government authorities
- Demonstrated success in securing and managing high value construction projects

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the annual project sales strategy aligned with the company's commercial objectives.
- Drive sustainable revenue and profitability through project sales across public and private sectors.
- Identify emerging project opportunities and establish market penetration strategies in key sectors.
- Build and maintain a strong project pipeline from pre tender through project completion.
- Develop long term relationships with developers, architects, interior designers, consultants, contractors, and project management firms.
- Engage with key stakeholders at the specification stage to secure product approvals and preferred vendor status.
- Identify and pursue major construction, hospitality, healthcare, educational, commercial, and infrastructure projects.
- Expand business with government organizations, semi government entities, and large private developers.
- Lead the complete project sales cycle, including opportunity identification, specification, tender participation, negotiation, contract award, supply coordination, and post sales support.
- Manage strategic project accounts and negotiate commercial agreements with key clients.
- Ensure timely submission of quotations, technical documentation, and project proposals.
- Collaborate with technical, operations, logistics, and finance teams to ensure successful project execution.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- MBA or postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- 12–15 years of sales experience, including at least 5 years in a senior project sales leadership role.
- Proven experience in ceramic tiles, porcelain tiles, building materials, sanitaryware, or architectural finishing products.
- Strong network with developers, consultants, architects, contractors, and government authorities.
- Demonstrated success in securing and managing high value construction projects.
