About the Role
Danube Group seeks an Assistant Sales Manager for parquet flooring to support revenue growth by developing new business and maintaining client relationships. - Assist the Sales Manager in executing sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and client visits
- Develop and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, consultants, developers, and distributors
- Promote the company's range of parquet flooring products and solutions
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender submissions
- Conduct product presentations and technical demonstrations for customers
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and project opportunities until closure
- Coordinate with estimation, operations, and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM software
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and forecasts
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field
- 4–8 years of sales experience in parquet flooring, wooden flooring, building materials, interiors, or construction products
- UAE/GCC market experience preferred
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Knowledge of parquet flooring products, installation methods, and finishing systems
- Ability to read project specifications and construction drawings
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Strong customer relationship management skills
- Self motivated with ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good organizational and time management skills
