We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle AI Agentic Studio, Generative AI, Redwood UX, and Oracle Fusion HCM.

Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI powered HR solutions using Oracle AI Agentic Studio and Generative AI
- Configure and enhance Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Core HR, Absence, Talent Management, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, and ORC Recruiting
- Develop and customize Redwood UX pages using Page Composer, Visual Builder Studio (VBS), and Redwood themes
- Build integrations using REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and VBCS
- Develop HCM technical components including HDL/HSDL, Fast Formula, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, and OTBI
- Support end to end implementation activities including configuration, testing, UAT, deployment, and production support
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver scalable HR solutions
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM
- Hands on experience with Oracle AI Agentic Studio and Generative AI features
- Implementation experience in at least three Core HCM modules (Core HR/Global HR preferred)
- Strong expertise in Redwood UX (Version 26B)
- Experience with Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, HDL, HSDL, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, OTBI, and Fast Formula
- Technical proficiency in Java and SQL
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Job Summary

- The ideal candidate should have hands on implementation experience across Core HCM modules, AI powered HR solutions, and Fusion HCM technical development.
