Provide Oracle Fusion support for operations in Qatar.
Support covers Procurement, Human Capital Management, and Finance modules.
Scope of support
- Provide day-to-day functional and technical support, issue resolution, and troubleshooting.
- Perform minor configuration changes and system setup support.
- Assist with Finance month-end and period-close activities.
- Resolve user queries and provide guidance across Procurement, HCM, and Finance.
- Coordinate with Oracle Support on service request logging and follow-up when required.
- Provide ad-hoc report and process support requested by business users.
Joining timeframe
- Expected joining timeframe is two weeks, with a maximum of one month.
Requirements
- Ability to provide day-to-day functional and technical support across Oracle Fusion Procurement, HCM, and Finance modules.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues, resolve user queries, and provide guidance to business users.
- Availability to join within two weeks, with a maximum joining timeframe of one month.
