Role Overview
Nair Systems is seeking a Salesforce Developer for banking-related work supporting its UAE operations.
The position requires senior-level Salesforce development, architecture, integration, and troubleshooting experience.
Core Work
- Develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Service Cloud, and declarative tools.
- Design and implement enterprise-scale Salesforce architectures and development solutions.
- Build integrations using REST, SOAP, and third-party systems.
- Deliver scalable, high-volume, and performance-optimized Salesforce solutions.
- Troubleshoot complex technical challenges at strategic and hands-on development levels.
Required Experience and Skills
- Seven to eight years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Service Cloud, and declarative tools.
- Experience with enterprise-scale Salesforce technical design, architecture, and development.
- Knowledge of governor limits, data modelling, security architecture, and best practices.
- Extensive REST, SOAP, and third-party integration experience.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
