- Design end to end Oracle Cloud ERP architecture covering Finance, Procurement, and HCM modules
- Define functional and technical solution designs aligned with business objectives
- Lead ERP transformation programs and provide architectural oversight across implementation phases
- Collaborate with stakeholders to redesign and optimize finance and procurement processes
- Define integration strategies using OIC and APIs, and design data migration strategies
Requirements
- 10+ years of IT experience with deep knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP modules (Finance, Procurement, HCM)
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and data migration strategies
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to lead architecture workshops and solution reviews

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Design end to end Oracle Cloud ERP architecture covering Finance (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management), Procurement, and HCM modules.
- Define functional and technical solution designs aligned with business objectives.
- Develop solution blueprints, architectural standards, and implementation roadmaps.
- Lead ERP transformation programs and guide solution delivery teams.
- Provide architectural oversight across all implementation phases (Design, Build, Test, Deploy).
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and governance frameworks.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to redesign and optimize finance and procurement processes.
- Recommend Oracle Cloud ERP best practices and standardization.
- Drive adoption of out of the box capabilities to minimize customizations.
- Define integration strategies using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and APIs.
- Design data migration strategies, reconciliation processes, and data governance frameworks.
- Ensure seamless integration with non Oracle systems (CRM, HRMS, legacy systems).
Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and executives.
- Translate business requirements into scalable ERP solutions.
- Lead architecture workshops and solution reviews.
Performance & Optimization
- Monitor ERP system performance and recommend improvements.
- Drive cost optimization and efficient use of Oracle Cloud services.
