Job Summary

  • Seeking a seasoned Oracle Cloud ERP Solution Architect to lead design and delivery of Oracle Cloud ERP solutions across Finance, Procurement, and HCM domains.
  • Role involves defining scalable, integrated, and secure ERP architectures while driving large scale digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design end to end Oracle Cloud ERP architecture covering Finance (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management), Procurement, and HCM modules.
  • Define functional and technical solution designs aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop solution blueprints, architectural standards, and implementation roadmaps.
  • Lead ERP transformation programs and guide solution delivery teams.
  • Provide architectural oversight across all implementation phases (Design, Build, Test, Deploy).
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and governance frameworks.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to redesign and optimize finance and procurement processes.
  • Recommend Oracle Cloud ERP best practices and standardization.
  • Drive adoption of out of the box capabilities to minimize customizations.
  • Define integration strategies using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and APIs.
  • Design data migration strategies, reconciliation processes, and data governance frameworks.
  • Ensure seamless integration with non Oracle systems (CRM, HRMS, legacy systems).

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and executives.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable ERP solutions.
  • Lead architecture workshops and solution reviews.

Performance & Optimization

  • Monitor ERP system performance and recommend improvements.
  • Drive cost optimization and efficient use of Oracle Cloud services.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 12+ years of IT experience, with 7+ years in ERP implementations and 4+ years in Oracle Cloud ERP.
  • Deep knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP modules: Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management), Procurement, HCM.
  • Strong understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, and compliance.
  • Hands on experience with Oracle Cloud ERP architecture and configurations, OIC, data migration tools (FBDI, ADFdi), reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher).
  • Knowledge of OCI fundamentals and cloud architecture patterns.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
  • Ability to navigate complex, multi country ERP deployments.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW).
  • Knowledge of EPM Cloud integration, AHCS and AFCS.
