Develop and maintain database-driven enterprise applications with Oracle APEX.
Use AI-assisted development and Vibe Coding techniques to accelerate application development and modernization.

Application development
- Develop and maintain data-centric applications using Oracle APEX.
- Build complex business logic using SQL and PL/SQL.
- Develop and integrate REST APIs using ORDS.
- Design and optimize Oracle database schemas and application components.
Security and modernization
- Configure SSO, LDAP, VPD, and row-level security.
- Use Cursor and large language models for database design, PL/SQL development, and code refactoring.
- Modernize legacy Oracle logic into modular APEX components using AI-assisted development.
Testing and collaboration
- Generate and execute utPLSQL test cases for automated validation and data integrity.
- Work with business and technical teams to deliver scalable enterprise applications.
Required skills
- Oracle APEX, including Page Designer, Shared Components, and Universal Theme.
- Advanced SQL and PL/SQL.
- Oracle ORDS and REST API integration.
- SSO, LDAP, VPD, and row-level security.

Requirements
- Strong expertise in Oracle APEX, SQL/PLSQL, REST APIs, and database-driven application development.
- Experience with Oracle APEX Page Designer, Shared Components, and Universal Theme.
- Experience with Oracle ORDS and REST API integration.
- Experience configuring SSO, LDAP, VPD, and row-level security.
- Experience with AI-assisted development, Vibe Coding, and AI-driven database design or PL/SQL development.
- Experience with legacy code refactoring and modernization.
- Experience generating and executing utPLSQL test cases for automated validation and data integrity.
