Overview Of The Role
We are looking for motivated Mechanical Engineering Graduates to join our Technical Support team.
This role offers hands-on experience in supporting field operations, troubleshooting equipment, and delivering technical solutions across commercial vehicles and machinery.
The position acts as a bridge between engineering, operations, and customers, ensuring optimal performance of equipment and high service standards.
What You Will Do
- Provide technical support on equipment, including diagnostics, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
- Assist in on-site inspections and support operational activities across workshops and customer locations
- Work closely with maintenance and operations teams to ensure equipment performance and reliability
- Support customer-facing activities by providing technical insights and solutions
- Prepare technical reports, analysis, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with sales and aftersales teams to support business and customer requirements
- Use engineering tools and systems to support analysis and problem-solving
