Job Summary

  • The Senior Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations across multiple outlets, ensuring consistent service standards, operational efficiency, brand compliance, and events.
  • This role plays a key part in new store openings, special events, and operational rollouts, working closely with operations, HR, and brand teams to support business growth and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support operations across multiple outlets to ensure smooth daily functioning
  • Ensure all outlets comply with company policies, SOPs, and brand standards
  • Conduct regular site visits, operational audits, and performance checks
  • Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions
  • Guide and support Team Leaders and Operations Lead in daily operations
  • Ensure proper staffing, scheduling, and deployment across locations
  • Support onboarding and on the job training for new team members
  • Act as a point of escalation for operational issues
  • Support pre opening activities including readiness checks, staffing, and training
  • Coordinate with cross functional teams during store launch phases
  • Oversee operational planning and execution for events and pop ups
  • Monitor KPIs, service quality, cost control, and productivity

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field (preferred)
  • Minimum 4–6 years of operations experience in hospitality, retail, or F&B
  • Proven experience managing multiple outlets
  • Strong exposure to new store openings and events
  • Knowledge of operational SOPs, food safety, and health & safety standards
