Ready to step into a leadership role where no two days are the same? We’re looking for a hands-on Operations Supervisor to run day-to-day operations at a busy waste transfer station based in West Melbourne.
This is your opportunity to join an essential services industry, lead from the front, and play a key role in improving recycling, sustainability, and operational performance.
Lead and supervise operators. plant drivers and site staff
Oversee waste receival and processing
Drive a strong safety culture through toolbox talks and visible leadership
Ensure compliance with EPA, safety and site licence requirements
Troubleshoot issues and keep operations moving
About You We are looking for a practical, people focused leader who thrives in fast paced environments. You will have:
Experience supervising teams in waste, recycling, logistics, transport, or heavy industry
Strong leadership skills – you know how to motivate and hold teams accountable
