- Maintain adequate resources across all teams, working closely with team leaders.
- Identify workforce needs and distribute manpower according to workload fluctuations.
- Maintain the highest standards of quality and compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements.
- Responsibilities: Identify areas of concern and collaborate with operations shift managers and team leaders to resolve issues effectively.
- Develop and implement regular maintenance schedules to minimize unforeseen problems and ensure safety.
- Ensure that quality standards exceed client QA requirements and maintain Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards.
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) policies and procedures, prioritizing the safety of all personnel.
- This role includes the authority to stop and report any unsafe conditions or actions.
- Guide new staff towards fair upward development, support on-the-job training, and ensure all training programs are fulfilled.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in logistics or supply chain management are preferred.
