Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Management & Execution: Support the CEO and COO in the execution of the Company's corporate strategy and annual business plans.
• Corporate Operations Management: Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operational performance of the Company's business units.
• KPI & Performance Management: Develop, review, and continuously improve departmental and individual KPI frameworks in coordination with management and Department Heads.
• Financial & Commercial Performance: Support the COO and Finance Department in monitoring the financial performance of business units.
• Property Management Oversight: Monitor and oversee the operational performance of the Property Management business.
• Facilities Management Oversight: Monitor and oversee the effectiveness, efficiency, and service quality of Facilities Management operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the CEO and COO in the execution of the Company's corporate strategy and annual business plans.
• Translate corporate objectives into clear departmental action plans, initiatives, milestones, and measurable targets.
• Monitor progress against strategic priorities and ensure timely execution by responsible departments.
• Lead and coordinate special projects assigned by the CEO or COO.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, profitability, scalability, and service delivery.
• Ensure cross-functional alignment between business units and shared services.
• Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operational performance of the Company's business units.
• Ensure departments operate in accordance with approved policies, SOPs, workflows, budgets, and delegated authorities.
• Monitor operational productivity and identify bottlenecks, delays, duplication, and resource gaps.
• Coordinate with Department Heads to resolve operational issues and cross-functional dependencies.
• Develop, review, and continuously improve departmental and individual KPI frameworks in coordination with management and Department Heads.
• Support the COO and Finance Department in monitoring the financial performance of business units.
